* the results line has been extended. Now open 11am-12:30pm daily
* new telephone system has been installed. Please listen carefully to the selection options and choose appropriately to ensure we direct you to the required member of staff
* Throughout the pandemic, phone consultations have been the initial form of contact with GP's, Nurses and MDT. We have continued to see patients in Practice when required. Entry has been restricted to comply with safety requirements. We are making preparations to open the Practice doors fully from 10am daily in early June (date tbc). We greatly appreciate your co-operation in adhering to the guidance given on entry to ensure we can operate safely ie. hand sanitising, wearing a mask, social distancing and not entering if you or anyone you know is experiencing covid symptoms or has been advised to isolate.
Wed 23rd June : We have an afternoon COVID vaccination clinic scheduled at the Practice for 2nd doses. Appointments will be sent by post.
Did you know ! Those patients who are severely immunosuppressed can now advise all those 16yrs+ living in their household that they can book a COVID vaccine at one of the regional vaccination centres eg. Foyle Arena. We have sent a letter to all severely immunosuppressed patients with full instructions.
** Our phone lines remain very busy. Please do not call the Practice to enquire about COVID vaccines.**
The Practice is administering vaccines in age group order as directed by JCVI & the Department of Health. The earlier priority groups will include the clinically vulnerable.
